This activity focuses on people in settlements and crop farming.
It consists of:
- preparing and implementing ‘packages for modern irrigation development’ in order to ‘produce high value commercial fruits and vegetable, root crops, crops (rice, rape, wheat, etc.) to supply local and foreign markets’;
- ensuring ‘pastoralists participation and livelihood improvement packages for each type of crop’.
