b. Increasing all-round participation and benefit of pastoral women and youths (p.79)

This is simply an umbrella for grouping the other four activities under this strategy.

Its description only states that: ‘The social and economic wellbeing and political participation of pastoral women has not reached the desired level due to settlement patterns and livelihood conditions. The following activities shall be undertaken to fulfil this task’.
