Three sectoral strategies:

4.1 Prevent and resolve disputes sustainably on the basis of the pastoral community’s customs and knowledge.

4.2 Strengthening good customary practices and discouraging harmful customary practices, and also expand the participation and benefit sharing of women and youth.

4.3 Strengthening forest and natural resources conservation and development activities in pastoral areas.
