This activity focuses on urban planning and development in relation to roads and transport services.
It consists of:
- prioritizing ‘designs that coordinates [sic] all infrastructure’, followed by the ‘expansion of road building’;
- increasing the ‘efficiency of transport services’ and strengthening ‘relay systems’;
- establishing ‘public transport … in urban areas’ and ‘transport service’ to cope with the ‘traffic … created as a result of the sites of the towns and development plans’.
