This activity focuses on the management of health services.

It consists of:

• strengthening leadership, attitudes, and skill along with all levels of the health sector, with the goal of ensuring a commitment ‘to provide health service to the pastoral community’;
• establishing a transparent and efficient administration of health services, and tackle ‘good governance problem related to health service access at all levels’;
• conducting capacity-building activities to train young leaders;
• ensuring the accountability of health services through a strong monitoring and evaluation systems based on people, professionals, and leadership.
