This activity focuses on crop farming.
It consists of:
- establishing small-scale irrigation schemes to be operated ‘side-by-side with big operation schemes and water harvesting activities’;
- conducting activities that ‘ensure that agricultural products are resilient to climate change and variability’;
- undertaking ‘agronomy practices that are appropriate to the agro-ecology’.
