New promotional website for IYRP !

A new, promotional International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP) website – an “online booth” for the upcoming Committee on Agriculture (COAG) meeting that will be held 28 September–2 October 2020 – has been launched. In this “booth”, you will hear inspiring stories from pastoralist peoples that come from almost every region of the world. You will see photographs demonstrating the amazing diversity and beauty of the world’s rangelands and grasslands. Through the “Rangeland Voices” testimonial videos, you will hear strong voices calling for a renewed focus on these lands and people that are so important for food security, sustainable livelihoods, cultural diversity and environmental health across the globe.

This website is still a “work in progress”, and we will continue to add content throughout this week and beyond (including logos of organisations that support the Mongolian Government’s proposal for an IYRP.
