REGLAP becomes DLCI (Dryland Learning & Capacity Building Initiative)

In early 2014, The Dryland Learning & Capacity Building Initiative (DLCI) was registered as an independent resource organisation working toward improved policy and practices in the Horn of Africa. It builds on the work of REGLAP (Regional Learning and Advocacy Programme). According to the DLCI strategic plan for 2014–2018, the organisation will continue to engage in research and analysis, documentation and dissemination of good practice and evidence, advocacy, and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
